Challenge

St. Paul’s Towers faced challenges of a neighborhood in transition, a downturn in economy,
a new sales director, a building in need of renovations, aging population, lowest of all six
communities in occupancy at 82%.

Solution

Worked together to launch the rebrand and simultaneously develop and execute
an aggressive sales/marketing strategy to increase occupancy.

Tactics

Created a calendar
of events. 

Both large group and small group event mailers
to targeted purchased mail lists.

Sales follow-up strategy. 

Resident referral program. New Move-In Welcome parties
and a host of resident-specific action items made the residents feel part of the
drive to help this community succeed.
